Signature Theatre is located just ten minutes from downtown Washington, DC in Shirlington Village at 4200 CAMPBELL AVENUE, ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA immediately off I-395.
Mapquest and Google recognize Signature Theatre's address.
Other online systems and GPS, however, do not recognize the location of our theater. In the meantime, we suggest using Loews Shirlington movie theater at 2772 S. Randolph Street for GPS systems. Once at that location, make a right hand turn at Campbell Avenue (Caribou Coffee is on the corner). Signature Theatre is just ahead.

From Southern Virginia
- Take I-395 North
- Take Exit 6 - Shirlington / Quaker Lane.
- Bear left over highway, move immediately into right lane, and turn left at the first traffic light on to Arlington Mill Dr.
- Cross through traffic light at intersection of S. Randolph St. and Arlington Mill Dr. then make the next left on to Campbell Ave.
From Washington DC or Maryland
- Take I-395 South
- Take Exit 7 - Shirlington / Glebe Road and remain in the left lane of the exit - overhead sign is marked "Shirlington."
- After passing below overpass, bear to the right to exit into Shirlington.
- At the end of the exit, go straight through the traffic light crossing Shirlington Rd to proceed on to Arlington Mill Dr.
- Cross through traffic light at intersection of S. Randolph St. and Arlington Mill Dr. then make the next left on to Campbell Ave.
Parking and the Theatre
- PARKING IS PERMITTED FOR SIGNATURE PATRONS IN THE FOLLOWING SPACES:
- Campbell Garage (next to the Harris Teeter):
In all unmarked and shared parking spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
- Randolph Garage (behind Cake Love):
In any unmarked spot.
- Signature Theatre's Box Office and entrance are located across the brick plaza at the bend of Campbell Avenue.
- Both The MAX and ARK Theatres are located on the 2nd floor.
Patrons who park in hotel, residential, library, grocery store, staff, one-hour, or handicapped spaces will be towed. Overnight parking is not allowed.
Public Transportation
- The closest Metro stop to Signature is Pentagon City. From there, Signature Theatre is only a short taxi ride away. A taxi stand is located in front of the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The fare is approximately $12.
- The Pentagon Bus Terminal is steps from Pentagon Metro station. From the bus terminal, the 7A, 7F, 25A and 25D buses can be taken to the Shirlington Transit Centre, around the corner from the Theatre. The Transit Centre is the first stop on the bus from Pentagon. Buses arrive approximately every 10 to 15 minutes.
