Where will I be sitting?
A. Because our seating configuration changes for
each show, we do not have numbered seats. Subscriber
seats are reserved under the subscriber’s
last name. An usher will show you to your reserved
seats. Please note that while we make every effort
to accommodate seating requests, we cannot guarantee
your seating preferences, especially if you exchange
tickets to a new performance time.
Q.
What if I require special seating?
A. We will accommodate any special needs seating,
on either a temporary or permanent basis. Please
contact the Box Office at (703) 820-9771 at least
48 hours prior to your performance to request
temporary special needs seating. For long-term
accommodation, please contact the Box Office at
your convenience and we will note the request
in your permanent subscription record.

What if I need another ticket for a guest?
A. Please call the Box Office at (703) 820-9771
at least 48 hours prior to your performance date
so that we can seat your party together. Additional
tickets are subject to availability.
Q.
What if I need tickets on a day different from
my regular subscription?
A. We are happy to exchange your tickets. Please
be aware there may be a nominal upgrade fee to
exchange into one of our more popular performance
times.
Q.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
A. Yes! If you are unable to use your tickets
and would like to give them to a friend, please
make sure that your guest knows the name under
which your seats are reserved.
Q.
What if I can't use my tickets at all?
A. If you are unable to use your tickets for a
show, you can return them to the theatre as a
tax-deductible donation. Please call at least
48 hours prior to your performance date and we
will arrange for your donation. Tickets cannot
be donated back to the theatre after your performance
date has passed.
Q.
What time are the performances?
A. The regular performance schedule is Tuesday
and Wednesday at 7:30 PM, Thursday thru Saturday
at 8:00 PM, and Sunday at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Please be aware that all productions, dates and
times are subject to change. Also, there are select
Tuesday evenings when no performance is scheduled
and adjustments to the regular performance schedule
are often made in observance of holidays. Please

most-up-date information.
Q.
What time should I arrive at the theatre? What
if I arrive late?
A. You are welcome to arrive any time prior to
the start of the show – you can unwind in
the Signature lobby with a cup of coffee or glass
of wine from our concessions bar. The interior
doors to the theatre open approximately 15 minutes
before curtain for seating. Please be aware that
there is no late seating at Signature Theatre,
so allow plenty of time to arrive and find parking.
Q. Do children need a ticket and do you have any age restrictions?
A. Yes, every patron must have a ticket for admission and due to the nature of Signature's programming and the intimate size of our theaters, no one younger than 6 years old will be admitted into the theater. Subscribers receive half-off the regular ticket price for youth age 6 through 18 for all the mainstage shows. Please be aware that some shows may not be suitable for children. Signature's Box Office is happy to provide guidance on the age-appropriateness of a particular show. Please call the Box Office at (703) 820-9771 to purchase your discounted youth tickets and for age-appropriate information.
